2. How much does it cost to rent laboratory space?
Laboratory space is available at an affordable rate of £90 per day. No long-term contracts, deposits, or notice periods are required.

4. What is included in the laboratory rental?
Each booking includes access to fully equipped laboratory facilities, safety infrastructure, and shared amenities. It is suitable for conducting experiments, validating ideas, or building MVPs.
5. What equipment is available?
Our laboratory is fully equipped with a range of instruments to support a wide variety of research and testing needs. Rather than providing a fixed equipment list, we prefer to work based on your specific project requirements. Once we understand what you need, we’ll ensure the appropriate equipment and resources are in place. If any specialised or additional equipment is required beyond our in-house capabilities, we’re happy to arrange for it to be outsourced to support your research seamlessly.

6. How do I book laboratory space?
To book laboratory space, the first step is to get in touch with us. You’ll need to complete our assessment form, which helps us understand the nature of your research and ensure we can support your requirements effectively. Once your assessment has been reviewed, you can book laboratory space directly through the Quick Labs website or by contacting our team. After making the payment, you'll receive access to the booking form where you can enter your details and finalise the reservation. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your intended booking time. Alternatively, you can email us at bookings@quicklabs.co.uk to start the process. It’s straightforward and requires no upfront commitment.
7. Is there a minimum rental period?
We offer a minimum package of 10 days, which can be used consecutively or individually over a period of 3 months at your convenience (with 24 hours’ notice).
8. What makes Quick Labs different?
Quick Labs is the first in the UK to offer daily laboratory rentals, removing financial and logistical barriers for researchers and start-ups needing immediate lab access.

10. Where is Quick Labs located?
Quick Labs is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. It’s just a 15-minute walk from Leeds railway station.
11. When can the lab be accessed?

You can access the laboratories any time between Monday and Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, excluding bank holidays.

12. Does your research support biological work? Do you have incubators?
While our current research facilities do not yet include incubators, we are actively working on expanding our capabilities to support biological work. It will be available soon.
